Human trafficking statement 2020 to 2022


The actions that Purview Services has taken, and continues to take, to recognise and minimise the possible danger of modern slavery in its business and supply chain are detailed in the company's modern slavery and human trafficking objective.

The purpose of this declaration is to comply with section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Purview Services is a technology and workforce provider based in Edinburgh (U.K) and Hyderabad (India) and, employs over 200+ employees in 11 countries including U.K, India, U.S.A and ,Australia. Purview is a next-generation service provider and collaborates with a number of tier one global banks, regional banks, and new digital banking ventures.

Our commitment to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015

The ideals of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, as well as the end of modern slavery and human trafficking, are important to Purview Services.

Our hiring and personnel management procedures are meant to ensure that all employees are legally permitted to work in the appropriate countries, as well as to protect employees from abuse or coercion. In addition, we do rigorous criminal and employment background checks on employees wherever possible.

Our supply chain

Due to the nature of our business, we mainly contract with suppliers where the chances of modern slavery are low (e.g. technology providers). Therefore, we assess ourselves to have a low risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains. Regardless, Thought Machine has supply chain management procedures to mitigate the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking. In addition, we do not enter into business with any organisation, in the UK or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.
